Unstitch — Privacy Policy

Unstitch is a point-of-sale and inventory app for unstitched-fabric retail shops. It is operated by ZevGeeks ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data the app collects

• Product photos — photographs of fabric taken by shop staff to display inventory. These are pictures of products, not people.
• Customer name and phone number — recorded optionally at the time of a sale, only when a customer chooses to share them with the shop.
• Shop account email address — used solely to sign the shop's own account in to its synchronisation backend. Sign-in is optional; the app functions without it.
• Sales records — the shop's own business data (items sold, prices, dates).

How data is stored and transmitted

All data is stored on the shop's device first. When a shop connects its account, data is synchronised over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) to a private database hosted on Supabase, accessible only to that shop's authenticated account.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
• We do not show advertising and do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We do not collect location data, contacts, messages, or device identifiers for tracking.

Data deletion

To request deletion of data held about you — for example, a name or phone number you gave a shop at the till — contact us at the address below and we will remove it from the synchronisation backend. You may also ask the shop directly.

Children

The app is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
